Hello and welcome to the desert!

I landed amongst the saguaro cacti (yes, that’s the plural version of cactus) by way of The Gateway Arch in St. Louis, where I was born and spent much of my childhood. As the oldest of three boys, my knack for bucking trends and creatively solving problems started at a young age (my mom may describe this process differently). Essentially all of my professional career has been spent in one aspect of customer service or another doing just the same–solving problems.

As an avid puzzler and marketer with a knack for solving customer concerns, diving head-first into UX Design was a logical next step in my career path. Being on the front lines of various industries, I have had unique exposure to customer thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in numerous situations. This experience drives me to design in a customer-centered way that focuses on ease-of-use while offering the ability to explore and have a sense of control as the user sees fit.

When I’m not behind the computer screen, you can find me spending time with my boys, exploring the desert and forest-covered mountains (we do have those in Arizona as well), or jamming on my guitar.

If you’ve got a problem to solve, are looking for the perspective of someone who’s been there, or just want to jam together…
